The first of these trophies came in the season of 1954/55 and Chelsea had won the First division. Following on from the first division title win they played in the community shield and had won that too.

Chelsea's most famous trophy they have won is of course the Champion league. They won this in the year 2012 and this was the first time Chelsea FC had ever won the Champions League. The final of this competition was Bayern Munich vs Chelsea FC. Chelsea ended up winning the match 4-3 on penalties and Chelsea were crowned kings of Europe for the first time ever.
